We ship locally and within europe


Delivery time

  • Local orders take 3-4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days
  • Orders europewide take 6-9 business days to be delivered via UPS, DHL, FedEx or Hermes and we ship within same 1-2 business days
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors
  • The exact delivery time is displayed your shopping cart and order confirmation

Delays

  • If some items are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail
  • Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner

Order splits:

  • If articles are not available at short notice, we will automatically split the shipment
  • You will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package
  • You will be informed about the split via e-mail


Shipment tracking
You can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time using your parcel identification number/shipment number if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on tracking and tracing in your delivery confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery date elapsed?

  • Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)
  • Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates
  • If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
